We mostly look at early stage emerging markets with a large headroom for development. Through our group local presence and market knowledge, we select high quality investments with a potential to integrate in a “Buy and Build” strategy.

Xeon International Private Equity is the General Partner of the Xeon SIF-SICAV Fund. The fund is sponsored by Crescendo Group Luxembourg.

Headquartered in Luxembourg, Xeon fund invests primarily in Emerging Markets (opportunities), but also considers potential acquisitions in all continents on an opportunistic basis.
