Dimitar has been working predominantly with foreign companies (Europe, USA and Canada) and holds a large international business acumen. He has expertise in the field of Business Consultancy which has led him towards main areas of knowledge in business and economical analytic processes and researches and process optimization.

Dimitar has extensive knowledge about organisational and functional analyses. He has participated in different organizational analysis and efficiency improvement projects and initiatives. Dimitar has a master’s degree in Industrial Management from the Technical University – Sofia and is a Certified Associate in Project Management.

Ventsi has been working with Arthur Anderson in Sofia prior to setting up his own business. He has expertise in Accounting and Tax Planning matters especially in the fields of Strategic Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, Taxation Consultancy, Tax Planning, Internal Audit and Insolvency & Liquidation.

Venzi is taking care of the South East European Region and is the administrator of our SEE operations hub. He is our senior Group Tax advisor. Venzi has studied at University of Economy – Varna as well as at the Bristol University – UK, Accounting Faculty, Degree in Economics and Accounting Student of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom, and Professional Scheme.

After her studies in Solvay Business School, Marta worked in the media & financial sectors before joining the team of Xeon International. She has a passion for science, nature and the arts, and ensures her team apply similarly creative thinking in the field of business. Marta only settles for the highest standards of value creation for Xeon International’s clients.

An entrepreneur at heart and an engineer by training, Ashwani has successfully created and exited from three ventures.His latest venture was online food catering which won him various awards and recognitions. He works closely with portfolio teams and clients assisting them in gap analysis, operational analysis and technology up gradation.

Ashwani has a combined experience of 5 years in the fields of software, hospitality and venture capital.

Praveena has around 8 years of combined experience in arena of advanced materials and their characterization, technology transfer, patent landscaping and techno-market mapping

She has mentored several small & mid-size international firms in their product development activities associated with advanced materials like semiconductors, polymers, composites, etc.

She was involved in a number of research projects related to advanced materials like semiconductors, bioactive ceramics, polymers, composites, including carbon-carbon composites for fuel cell applications

Som has 10 years of experience in the field of venture capital investment. He works closely with portfolio teams and clients assisting them in gap analysis, financial analysis and operational analysis. He was also actively involved in the merger and acquisition for the portfolio companies and exit strategy for few portfolio companies.

Being a process oriented person, Som is responsible for the development of the Investment Manager’s operating procedures and ensuring the smooth running of opportunities assessment, pipeline development, investment banking, investor relationship and fund raising.
